How Long Does Implementation Take?

That depends on the project: a single invoice recognition project at one location with a clear system connection can be productive within days. More complex initiatives involving multiple locations, diverse document types, different systems, and high compliance requirements naturally take more time. What we guarantee: no months-long training or template phases before the first productive use. COGNAiO® is ready to use immediately. Project duration is determined by scope, not by the technology.

Do We Need IT Resources or Developers to Get Started?

Not for the configuration of COGNAiO®. Agents, rules, validation logic, and business conditions are defined in natural language — no code, no scripting. Your specialist department can work with it directly. For the technical integration into existing systems such as ERP or DMS, we recommend involving your IT team or our implementation experts, depending on the complexity of your system landscape.

Does COGNAiO® Work With Our Existing Systems?

How Secure Is Our Data?

COGNAiO® is ISO 27001 certified. Your data remains exclusively within your own environment: encrypted, isolated, and without third-party access. Your data is not used for model training and is not shared with other customers. For organizations with special data privacy requirements, we additionally offer on-premise deployment via COGNAiO® Enterprise Extract. If you obtain COGNAiO® through the Azure Marketplace, your data also remains exclusively within your own Azure environment.
