This year's ix.perience by Inventx took place on September 4, 2024 - an event that once again served as a meeting point for experts, innovators and companies from the banking and insurance industry to explore the digital future together. Under the motto “Continuity & Disruption: Building the bridge between today & tomorrow”, brand new trends and developments were presented.

Our highlight of the day? Definitely the Lunch Special! Here we had the opportunity to present our innovative solution, the Holistic Mailroom with GenAI, together with our partners CodX and Prosilium. The Holistic Mailroom revolutionizes the way companies efficiently process both physical and digital mail. The complete solution digitizes the entire incoming mail process and automates further processing - from the first contact with the mail to the final processing.
What makes this approach so special? Physical documents such as letters or contracts are also captured immediately and seamlessly integrated into digital workflows. Digitization starts as soon as the physical consignments are registered: Automated sets of rules decide in the background which documents are opened and processed. No unnecessary effort, no manual steps – the process is completely automated.
GenAI brings the boost
After digitization, our GenAI unfolds its full potential. With the help of our COGNAiO® Cloud Extract solution, artificial intelligence interprets the content of documents, extracts relevant information and automatically initiates the next steps. Whether it’s processing customer inquiries, generating responses or starting a new process – everything runs smoothly and efficiently. In various customer projects, this holistic solution has already proven how effortlessly the automation of business processes works in practice.
Networking and exchange
But it wasn't just about tech talks. The ix.perience offered plenty of opportunities for networking and personal exchange. During the breaks, participants made new contacts, shared innovative ideas and made plans for future collaborations. The event left a noticeable momentum: the participants went home inspired and full of energy, with new approaches and concrete ideas to further drive digital change in their own companies.
