Inventx acquires majority shareholding in the DTI Group

The DTI Group will support Inventx with its solutions and expertise in the areas of digitalization, transformation and management of content and data. It brings with it many years of experience from the banking and insurance industry. Its COGNAiO® digitalization ecosystem for intelligent document processing, process automation, archive and content services as well as search & insights perfectly complements Inventx’s solutions and services business. All Inventx customers receive the complementary offering from a single source; the area of customer communication management is also addressed jointly, rounding off the document lifecycle portfolio. In turn, DTI customers will now have access to Inventx’s comprehensive IT and digitalization services.

The DTI Group will continue to operate independently and product-independently in the new setup. The existing management team, which includes Kaspar Tappolet, CTO Peter Angehrn and COO Stefan Schmid as well as Kai David and Daniel Szlapka, the two Managing Directors of DTI GmbH in Germany, will remain on board.
